How long before my order is shipped?
A: To see the current shipping schedule click here. We do our best to get orders shipped in a timely manner. Normal shipping time is 3-4 days after order is placed. Larger orders or orders placed during a holiday season may take as long as 2 weeks.
I have a particular bow in mind but can't find what I'm looking for, do you make custom bows?
A: Yes, ofcourse. We will do our best to create the perfect bow. Please check out our Make it to Match section for more about custom bows.
Can the baby headbands be made any size?
A: Yes, simply state in the comments box at checkout that you want the headband to be a certain size. The headbands are very soft and stretchy so keep in mind that the headband should be at least 1 inch smaller than your babies head.
My daughter has sensitive skin, what is the headband material made of?
A: The headband elastic is made of polyester and nylon.
My daughter has out grown the newborn headbands but I love the bows. Can I change the headband out?
A: Yes, there are 2 options.
1. I can send you replacement headbands for $1 a piece and you can change them out. (note: headbands can only be sent for previously orders headband bows)
2. You can send me the bows and I will change the headbands out and send them back. Contact us for a price quote, include full name and the amount of headband bows you want to change.
Can I order just the headbands?
A: Yes, the headband material can be purchased in yards; $1 per yard. Click here to order.
